Exceptional care for non-conventional patient needs

The ability to provide exceptional patient-centred care has taken on new dimensions with the advance of new technology. As hearing healthcare providers, each day we see patients who have a variety of unique and personal concerns and issues.

This course focuses on three specific non-conventional patient needs, including addressing unilateral hearing loss, tinnitus management, and enhancing music enjoyment for hearing aid wearers who are music lovers.

The session discusses candidacy, fitting protocols, and programming considerations for Starkey’s Livio CROS system, Multiflex Tinnitus Technology, and our dedicated Music Memory.
